In the case of sagging of the tissue or skin, there may be excess skin and tissue in various parts of the body, including the legs, buttocks or other parts of the body. The so-called riding trousers can cause a great discomfort in the patients. With the help of a skin tightening operation, both the skin and the tissue can be reduced and tightened, so that patients can look forward to more shapely body contours after a buttocks or thigh lift.

In this type of thigh lift, the incision is made at the border to the groin and pubic region, so that the resulting scar is very inconspicuous and always easy to cover by clothing. The excess skin is removed and tightened. If necessary, the remaining tissue can be thinned out by liposuction. However, it is important that the skin is still elastic and youthful enough. If this is the case, the scar runs along the groin and in the buttocks fold, the skin and soft tissues are fixed towards the crotch. If the skin is already particularly sagging, it may be necessary to remove excess skin and fatty tissue up to the knee. Due to the so-called T-cut, a significantly greater tightening effect can be achieved. However, this creates a vertical scar on the inside of the thigh, which can reach up to the knee.

With a pronounced fat deposit on the outside of the thigh, the so-called C-incision runs from the groin to the buttocks fold. The excess skin and fat is removed and the tissue is fixed. Since the C-cut is significantly smaller than the T-cut, this is the smallest form of thigh correction, a so-called mini thigh lift. The tightening effect is therefore correspondingly smaller, as significantly less skin can be removed by means of this technique.

The operation lasts 2-4 hours and is performed under local anesthesia or general anesthesia.
Stay in Turkey about 4-7 days. Social capacity is after 3 weeks. The final result is visible after about 3-6 months.
Before and after the operation, you always have an escort at your bedside who speaks your language.
